Very genuine and honest feedack - Worst service by amazon. Packaging and delivery box was having major damages. Customer service is next to impossible to understand issues only 2 agents were good and understood my problem however poor guys were bound by stupid protocols. Coming to product quality - Picture quality is dull and very blackish. I faced major issues 1. Extremete heating. 2. Bluetooth disconnects suddenly tried multiple devices. 3. Amazon Prime, Hotstar are bearly able to work. Keeps crashing navigation keys even mouse key dont work on hot star. 4. Circumference of lens had 2 dents followed by baseplate with damages and dents Remote is kinda cheap quality projector build is sturdy but UI, android 13 lags a lot, wifi ok ok. Typing something you need to find the cursor and keys on keyboard because of poor visibility. Brightness - Almost nothing all blackish and high contrast ruins viewing experience. You dont have direct option to scale up / down screen size whole UI is very tough to get used to it.

Very good quality picture. And easy to understand and use. The design of the product is also good and easy to keep it on most of the surfaces.
