Works well

Wouldn’t really call it a life saver , but indeed a mash saver. Recently thru away 50lbs of corn and malted grain mash because the bottom kept dropping out on the ph. Went thru an entire box of baking soda and what I had left of some bicarbonate trying to save it for six weeks. After many attempts to revive it, finally I just pulled of 6 gal of it and tried to run it ; the prettiest completely nonconsumable 3 quarts I’ve ever ran ; even tried to air out and flavor that crap to no avail. Had to toss that crap as to not mess up the next or any other run. I hated it but the deer loved me for it. Worth the money folks !

I've been brewing a lot of lighter ales and this seems to work well for me. No off flavors. I use 100% RO water as my base. Add a Tbsp just before the mash. No issues. Good tasting beer so far..

I had to use a little more than I thought I would but it did hold the mixture at 5.2.

I do a lot of distilling. I live by this product. I don’t distill unless I have this on reserve. Read, use, make good alcohol. 😆.

This stuff works great but it's some high dollar stuff. They must be proud of it. I tried it but there are other ways to adjust pH levels for way less.
