This product does what the one on TV it advertised to do, but without the high price. I put mine into a morning smoothy every morning. and yes, it makes a real difference in my energy level and how I feel overall.

I am still on my first bottle. I do notice not being as tired as before. I can not report anything else yet. I had no problem swallowing these, but I recommend not swallowing more than 2 capsules at a time. Month later: These did make me feel better, however there was some issue with my stool while taking these that was annoying so I stopped.
