Poor quality
No where near the same as the pictures advertised, under weight and no layer of fat. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Refunded by amazon.

Best Cut
I only taste tested it, as wanted it to be better cut - softer for my son. I made wellington and it turned out soft. I only eat fish and chicken so won't be eating.

Tender one cooked
Tenet roasted. I cut mine for the BBQ. Cooked well medium rare. Very tender meat

Wrong weight but excellent meat!
Weighted at home, 780gr instead of 1kg. Requesting money back... Update: Amazon refunded this item. The meat was excellent

Beef slice, not a joint
Normally I love Lidgate’s meet but this was £18 for a thick slice of beef, not a joint. It had no fat on it to keep it moist whilst cooking. So disappointed- Lidgate normally is great quality but what they sent this time was nothing like a joint.
