Works Great
Very easy to install if you can find the directions. There are none included with the rack. I used the videos on item page. Had to watch both of them several times to figure out what was trying to be relayed. Apparently there is a QR code somewhere. But according to another purchaser, it takes you to a site that wants to install some app on your device to view the directions. I did not verify the accuracy of that. Sturdy and nice looking. Way better than the wads of ethernet cables and TV coax's hanging out of the wall. I would buy it again, especially now that I know how to assemble it.

Good quality.
Good quality, no instructions included. Make sure to watch the installation video first. It has 4 stars only because the instructions not included.

Arrived damaged, in a pristine box
Haven't even put it together yet, but pulling it out out of the box and the top panel is dented and scratched. After assembly, I am convinced that what was sent to me was someone else's returned product. In addition to the damaged top, I had to bend a couple of pieces into place, the screws were tossed in a bag tied with a zip tie, and there were no instructions. Put together, it doesn't look awful, so long as you don't look at the top, but I cannot recommend purchasing.

Does the job well.
I like that this rack cabinet is bothsturdy and small. This makes it a nice solution for organizing my network equipment. It was easy to prep and get mounted on the wall. The cabinet provides ample space for my networking hardware of days that have long passed. I have them setup in a corner section of my building. A reminder of my career as a young adult. I also like that it keeps everything neatly organized. I also appreciate being able to see exactly what is inside through the glass door. The lockable door is a nice feature for added security. I'm happy with the quality and functionality of this rack

No assembly instructions
Product is good. Don't understand why they don't include assembly instructions. The is a video but it's in a foreign language. Shouldn't be that hard to include some simple instructions with the product. Made a not very difficult assembly difficult.

Well made for any task
I am building my garage and needed a box to put my switches in. This was perfect. If any con, it was a little small for my task as a 7u or 9u woudl have been better. I made it work. It is well made, heavy duty, strong and perfect fit for my patch panel, UI Dream Pro SE, and other items I have there. Love this and how it protect the stuff. What I am going to do is add a few fans and filters to help the inside stay clean.

Cheap and flimsy
Very cheap and thin metal makes for a warped rack. I’ve assembled and used lots of server racks, from enterprise to consumer. And I can confidently say this is the worst rack in existence. The holes barely line up to build the rack together. And even when you can get it forcibly lined up and built everything feels flimsy and cheap. Not sure I’d ever be comfortable using this with any substantial equipment.

Solid box, arrived damaged but easily fixed
Solid enclosure. 8/10 build quality. Fasteners sttick out (not flush), and the door glass was not fastened right (was able to glue it back on). Mounted a security DVR and a switch, so had to mount the rails to allow the cables some strain relief. Overall it worked, but not as clean as the photos show.
