I ordered two Huadada puzzles for the first time. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality after completing 1 that I just ordered two more. Upon opening the box I thought the pieces looked thin, however they fit together so nicely without the edge tear that happens when pieces are too tight. This was such fun and just the right amount of difficulty. I do a lot of puzzles and highly recommend this company, especially since they are so reasonably priced compared to better known companies. They also include a lovely poster as a guide which is slightly larger than completed puzzle itself so really helps with aging, tired eyes. Finally, the company honors missing piece claims. I rarely write reviews, but this company inspired me to do so.

I had an issue with a missing piece and contacted the seller MONTHS after purchase. The seller responded super fast and offered me a replacement or refund. See original response below and know that this is a rare issue for the company (less than .01% of the time). Very happy with the puzzle quality and the seller's customer service. Such a good quality puzzle and it was fun to do, but it’s definitely missing an edge piece… I basically sort my puzzle pieces in a hermetically sealed environment! I am super careful when I sort and this piece has been missing from day one. I always sort my edge pieces first and then group everything by color. Very disappointing. Wish I could contact the seller but I don’t see how to on here
