Wild Wolf: Darkmore Penitentiary, Book 4 (Audio Download): Caroline Peckham, Susanne Valenti, Bridget Bordeaux, Jake Bordeaux, Caroline Peckham: desertcart.co.uk: Books Review: Fantastic storytelling! - I can't believe I've reached the end of the interwoven stories from Solaria! A fantastic story, with despair and happiness rippled throughout. Just when you think good is coming, you get t-boned by another twist, but in the end all good prevails. I always love the multiple epilogues that the Twisted Sisters write, pure joy after so much heartache and drama, and always with the introduction of characters who could potentially feature should they choose to revisit Solaria at a later date. Incredible characters, fantastic storytelling, a five star read. Review: Spicy banter - I enjoyed this book and thought it was a really nice way to wrap up the series ✨📖 While it didn’t wow me, and the banter definitely shines more in some of the earlier books, I still had a good time with it. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Sin Wilder 😈🖤 — his twist genuinely caught me off guard and was one of my favorite parts of the story. That said, I do feel like this series didn’t necessarily need four books and at times it felt a little drawn out ⏳ Overall though, I’m glad I read it and I enjoyed spending more time in the world of Solaria 🌌✨ Even if Darkmore Penitentiary wouldn’t sit at the very top of my recommendation list, it was still a solid, enjoyable read for me 📚💭

wow
I have just binge read all of these books and when I say all I mean I read all the zodiac academy books first then the ruthless boys series and now I’ve just finished the darkmore penitentiary series. I have loved them all the the point i just couldn’t stop reading. I enjoyed the characters and I love how each series are all linked. This one was fun. Where Rosalie Oscura goes into the prison with the intention to break out to save Roary Night. Poor Roary has had some bad luck and unfortunately has more during this series. I love Sin Wilders craziness and I have to say reading these books has been a ride. I’d love for more of these books. Waiting on Echo fort second book now 🙌

Buckle up for a wild ride
After the trauma caused to me by “Feral Wolf” I was apprehensive about reading this. It’s sat in my kindle library daring me to read it and finally I decided to bite the bullet and I’m so glad I did. This book is more in the vein of the “Dark Fae” series, full of hijinks and wild humour. Sin really steals the show with his eccentric behaviours. Sin and Leon together are total chaos. Now they’ve escaped Darkmore our characters are all full of the joys of life and determined to rescue Roary. This books so jam packed full pfcaction as we meet all the characters from the previous books one last time me. I’m so sad that this is our last book in Solaria, no more Oscuras brings a tear to my eye. Rosalie is fantastic throughout, her determination to rescue Roary no matter what leading to all kinds of mad plans. A fantastic read that won’t crush your heart like a grape.

Felt rushed
I would give it 3.5 stars if i could but i was left a bit unsatisfied. I guess the authors were busy with their new series because the conclusion to the series felt rushed. Also, I unwisely expected 5 books based on Ruthless Boys being 5 MCs, each one getting their own covers, and the series being 5 books. The authors site had an old post saying book 4 and 5 date to be announced. So I'm not even sure who featured on the cover of book 4, but one of them didn't get a cover. That bugs me. The deepening of the relationship with Sin and Cain felt like an after thought and crammed in (trying to avoid spoilers so won't be more specific). I felt the authors didn't put as much love and effort in book 4 even when ignoring there should have been a fifth book. The conclusion to the whole adventure was not as epic as I hoped.

thank you
I’m not one for leaving reviews. I couldn’t not leave a review for you both. I just want to say a massive thank you. I have been lost in your books for months. They have been my escape from life. Don’t get me wrong I live a great life a working mum, wife and everything in between. I’ve escaped into your books whenever I can. Yes I may have carried on reading whilst pushing a hoover around. I have loved every character and every storyline. I really can’t wait for the next release. You girls are amazing! I feel sad saying goodbye to the wonderful characters but also loved every ending! Please keep doing what you’re doing. Will be reading every book you release and spreading the word. Many thanks xx

A Bit Rushed but Still a Wild Ride!
Wild Wolf (Book 4 in the Darkmore Penitentiary series, set in the Zodiac Academy world) was an engaging read and offered a satisfying conclusion to the series. That said, the main storyline felt a bit rushed and lacked the depth I was hoping for, leaving it feeling slightly underwhelming. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed the emotional highs and lows, as well as the dynamics of the relationships—who doesn’t love a "why choose" reverse harem? (Let’s not overthink the logistics of it all!) The series wrapped up nicely, and I’m genuinely happy for the characters' endings. However, I still prefer Zodiac Academy overall, which I imagine is the case for many fans. This has definitely made me want to revisit Ruthless Boys and Zodiac Academy for a reread!

Thank you
For finalising this series so wonderfully. After all the heartbreak Rosalie suffered its great to see her with her mate Roary back and set up her own clan with her other fated mates Ethen, Cain and Sin. A total romp from start to finish well worth the read

Absolutely loved the Wild Wolf book and fantastical read, it keep me on my toes and invested in the series. Fell in love with the characters and all their mannerisms. From the chaos and the unpredictable Sin, to the sexy alpha Ethan, to the reserved and grumpy warden Cain, you get to appreciate their story and character. As they embark on mission to rescue Roary. They are all motivated by their bond to the moon wolf Rosalie. Well worth the read, it had me laughing, tearing up and enjoying their chaos.

Honestly this story is so well written. I laughed, I cried, I raged, and I smiled until my cheeks were sore. I cannot get enough of the Twisted Sisters. Susa. E Valenti and Caroline Peckham create worlds that suck you in and hold you tight. The characters are immaculate and the world building, well I can easily envision myself in Solaria. THANK YOU
