These filters work great and are economical. The small amount of foil in the filter helps them hold up longer than the ones sent with the humidifier. i change these every month.

Does it fit? Yes, it goes in the housing. It's just slightly smaller and thinner than the original. It was quite simple to stretch it a little to cover the whole intake. This took a couple of seconds. There aren't any instructions, so it took me longer than it should have to figure out I could do this. Based on their customer service, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
