Bought PC game pass for a child, He Still cant play the games he plays on the Xbox, says it needs to be a premium game pass. Complete waste of money

Purchased for my son, it was the cheapest option we could find based on price per month. The first code didn’t worked stating it had already been redeemed so I got on the phone to Amazon and it was sorted within 15 minutes - refund and a new purchase made all while on the phone, she made sure second code worked before the call ended. Customer service was excellent.
