Safety first, ha! Well, it is a fire extinguisher alright. How well does it work...I dunno. I just buy em and put them in the house and garage. Well, I have used Kidde extinguishers before and they never failed me. Good size for the vehicle or where space is an issue. This will probably put out most small fires if you get to it early.

I bought this small fire extinguisher after we had a little fire accident at home that really scared me. Thankfully, I haven’t had to use it (and hopefully never will!), but I feel much safer knowing it’s there just in case. The size is perfect for a home or office, compact enough to keep in the kitchen without taking up space, but it still feels solid and reliable. It fits nicely in a cabinet or corner, and it doesn’t look bulky or industrial. It gives me real peace of mind to have it close by. I’m very happy I found something that fits in my kitchen so well in both size and appearance. Hopefully I’ll never need to test it, but I’m glad I have it!

We've done a lot of home renovation projects the past 18 months and are quite proud of the work we've done and the improvements we've made. We got to talking and said it would be such a shame to have a tragedy like a fire ruin all the hard work we've done. We decided to get two fire extinguishers, a larger one right outside the back door, and a smaller one to keep in the kitchen. This one is the smaller of the two. It was a great price, less than $15. It's a nice size without being TOO big for a smaller or older person. Comes with a nice warranty, as well as a bracket to hang it. I was able to hang it in an easy-to-grab location under the sink just inside the cabinet door. We now feel like we can put out a small fire, god forbid, whether it starts from cooking oil, an open flame, or even electrical.
