I love love love this product it is so so useful for reverts but I got this to teach the younger ones and I’m already seeing progress, only issue is that one of the boxes didn’t come with a charger and came with 2 headphones instead, also the pen didn’t work so I suggest the company fixes that but the other ones I bought were perfectly fine!

Le produit fonctionne bien et correspond à la description : le stylo est opérationnel et la lecture audio est correcte. En revanche, j’ai été déçu par le chargeur USB fourni, qui n’est pas compatible avec les prises européennes. J’ai contacté le vendeur pour lui signaler le problème et demander l’envoi d’un chargeur adapté, mais je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. C’est dommage, car le produit en lui-même est satisfaisant, mais le service client est inexistant sur ce point.
