For buttons maybe ok. I didn’t like it because it made my magnets look bulky. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing this item for that reason seller also Wasn’t very nice. Also product is to Light. Flips with u when u push down on it. Need to use to hands to push messes buttons up. Have messed at least 10 buttons because it slips out of my hand. Avoid buying this product if at all possible. Walmart also sales these as well. .

This little machine works as advertised. Print your photos, cut to size, place the metal backing, photo, clear plastic sheet then press. Add the plastic backing to the other side, rotate, and press. Add a magnet and voila! You've got custom photo magnets.

If you're wanting to start your own photo fridge magnet business do not do it with this machine! I tried for 3 hours to put a magnet together and cannot because it does not take photo paper. Also the correct instructions did not come with the machine as you can see I ordered the square press machine and the box and the instructions clearly show it is for the circular badge machine. So I had to go online look at videos look up pictures in order to get the machine function which did a horrible job at doing. If you're wanting to use regular printing paper then this machine is for you otherwise it is not! I even use the template and cut it to the appropriate size it was still an issue to create a magnet.

I really like this little magnet maker. I bought it on sale, so it wasnt too expensive. I wasn't too sure about the plastic backs, but they seem to be ok. It comes with supplies to make 100 magnets. Even though the machine has plastic parts it seems sturdy enough. I've only had 2 magnets not turn out, but I don't know if something was wrong with the parts or operator error. It's easy to use, although I did write on the die which way was up so I can align the fronts and backs. For magnets it's not too important, but if I was making buttons I'd want to know so I don't put the pin upside down.

I like the size of the machine. The supplies that comes with it are also great. The plastick film is also very thick. I had to be checking repeatedly to ensure it was only one. I have not started to use it as yet but on the surface it seems value for money. It is very easy to use as well. And is has some weight so it seems good. It also comes well packaged. I have a lot of work for it so will see how it works out.

It’s awesome when it works but for every 4 badges made- I lose 6-8. Would not buy again.
