If you're in the market for an extra-secure lock that you can open remotely, buy this one. Ease of setup: I have zero experience with home improvement type things - I’m normally a task-rabbit girlie. But I’m currently a bit poor, so had to suck it up and install it myself, and it truly was simple to do. If I can do it, any idiot can do it. Quality: It's good. I feel like you can't go wrong with a Eufy product. They may be a bit pricier than others, but they're always good quality. They look nice, feel nice, act nice, etc. Functionality: It works. One little plus is that it works even if the batteries are dead. I was out of town and needed someone to stop by my house. The app told me that the batteries had died and I was afraid the lock would stop working and they wouldn't be able to get in. I was pleasantly surprised that that was NOT the case! One (pretty obvious) thing to note: if you have a door that kind of sticks, make sure you shut it hard / all the way. This can't lock if the deadbolt isn’t lined up with the hole in the other side of the door. App: This can be controlled remotely from the app because the lock connects to wifi. I have another Eufy lock (one of the fancier ones with the fingerprint thing - which this one does NOT have) on my front door, and that one can only be unlocked with the app if you're close enough to it on bluetooth. Which is honestly so dumb, because if I was at home when I needed to open the door I'd just walk over and unlock it manually. This one however, is a major upgrade because I can unlock it from wherever I am! Game changing for if you need to let someone in while you're not home, but you don't want to give them your code. Just unlock it for them and then re-lock it when they leave!

This eufy C30 lock was extremely easy to install and setup using the APP. It easily connected to BLUETOOTH and WiFi without fuss or problems. The Built-in WiFi is what prompted me to try this lock. It is very good. Anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, no-gimmicks, easy to setup and use, keyless lock should consider this one - the eufy C30. The APP was very easy to setup, understand it's functions and to use it to provide multiple access codes. I also had extremely good experience with their Customer Support. I had to move my lock from a RIGHT opening door to a LEFT opening door. I contacted Customer Support to ask how to reset the lock for the change in LOCK DIRECTION. The support assistant was extremely courteous & knowledgeable; provided the FIX over the phone, as well as by email, with a problem ticket number, in case I needed a follow-up call. I had no trouble at all following their instructions and the LOCK (eufy C30) and it's APP are working perfectly in it's new location. This lock provides what I need, from an easy-to-use keyless device. It is now installed on the side door of my garage.

Easy setup and the battery life is good. I purchased 3 of these and never had issues. The app works well and it works through your WIFI and not Bluetooth so make sure your WIFI is strong otherwise your battery life will be short.

This product works as advertised and is responsive and opens and closes easily. It was really easy to install and the quality was good. The only issue I had was that the battery dies really quickly. I have tried two sets (different brand) and both seem to die rather quickly.

We’ve purchased two of these and are quite happy. The only struggles installing were due to the age of our home - the bolt is larger than our old locks and requires some additional wood to be chiseled out of the door jamb to allow proper function. Not the locks fault and makes me feel like it is a better quality lock, just wanted to call that out. Integrated seamlessly with the eufy home app. We love being able to unlock the door from the car when we’ll have groceries or something, or when it is raining so you don’t have to stand outside any longer than needed. Also allows remote unlocking - a family member stopped by the house when we were at work and we could simply lock and unlock for them from another city. Comes with physical keys as well so you have a backup. For the door that gets the most use, the batteries last a few months and you have tons of notice when it is time to replace them. Have never had an issue where we were locked out because the battery died, and even if you did you still have the physical keys. You can set up to 8 digits for the code, which I like. The buttons have held up well and the locks still look good a year later after install.

Great budget lock! We have had a touchpad Quikset deadbolt for many years that finally gave out. I think 10+ years of my boys yanking on it was finally enough. It thought it was locked when it was unlocked and vice versa. It had a good run. Thank you for your service. I shopped around a bit and wanted something secure but simple, high tech but affordable...and this Eufy seemed to fit the bill. We used to have an automatic vacuum from Eufy and it worked like a champ. So I had some brand familiarity and comfort with Eufy. This was a super easy install. It doesn't come with a full instruction manual so you have to scan a QR code to get to it. No biggy. It was all super intuitive and everything worked as stated. I did have to chisel out the recess where the deadbolt itself sits in the side of the door. But that was no biggy. Five minutes with a hammer and chisel after making a new outline with a pencil. Wifi integration was a snap through the app and so far everything is great. I've got it integrated with my google home and it seems to be running perfectly. Thanks Eufy for another great product!

Love the build, quality, operation and app. It’s very nice to get an alert from your phone when the door opens and be able to control it from your phone. The key backup is handy and it has quiet operation. The C30 is the basic keyless lock I was needing for my application.

I use eufy security on my property and I am very pleased with their products, so when I needed to change locks, I upgraded to these digital locks. As I have pets and I work odd schedules, my sons have to have keys to the house to feed and check on pets. This way each has their own code and I know who and when someone comes and goes. Also with the eufy app I can lock and unlock remotely, change and add who has access, and at a glance I can see if I remembered to lock the door when I left. Very easy install and sync with app and it works with Alexa. These require 4 AA batteries and seem to last a long while before needing changed, depending on which has the most use. Note: I bought rechargeable batteries just for this, that way I always have a set ready for when they need changing. The eufy app does give you a heads up when a locks battery is getting low. Good product.
