Packing not strong, bottom side opened, negligency of packing dust formed, product is good but packing not good

The packing was perfect, all the pieces were delivered unscratched. I assembled it immediately and prepared to make batter for dahi vada I used the timer, set it to 15 mins and followed the instructions on the manual to do my first wet grinding What fluffy batter I got ! The vadas were soft, light and crispy, it was a 100% improvement from the last vadas I had made using my mixer grinder. The timer is a boon because I am not a very patient person when it comes to working in the kitchen. I set for 15 mins, I had 1.5 cups of soaked urad dal from the previous night. I am waiting to order the coconut scraper and the dough kneader. It is my first day of using though and everything worked perfectly so far, cleaning the stones and the drum with a brush was easy , I did not feel the need to apply any detergent . I am yet to make idlis

Serves the purpose very well. The quality of the drum etc. compromised. I have been using a ultra grinder for the last 20 years, the old ones quality was good.
