J'ai remplacé le jack sur la manette xbox de mon fils. Je pensais au début que le son ne fonctionne pas à cause de leur firmware. En fait c'était le jack qui était pourrit. Maintenant tout fonctionne parfaitement. Son stéréo plus micro.

Bought this 4 controllers later and it fixed the problem!
My boyfriend and I probably have four controllers laying around our house that we’ve bought at different times for the same reason: the headphone jack stopped working. It was so annoying as we take good care of our controllers and we aren’t treating them like kids do; yet without fail, the headphone jack seems to go out and will flicker in and out, which is severely annoying. Instead of buying yet another controller for anywhere of 50$ to 200$, I decided to give this a try. For $16 I got this part and some tools with good reviews and when they came today, I took apart the controller and replaced that pesky headphone jack pretty easily. The headphone jack is back to normal and works like a champ! It probably took me about maybe 20 minutes as I was trying to be careful about accidentally breaking off the controller grip plates, but all in all it was super simple and easy! I’d recommend this to anyone that has headphone jack problems. I’ll be ordering more and repairing every controller we have!

Part works
I was surprised to see so many people suffering from problems with their headphone jacks, however the reviews of this product and instructions online helped me summon the courage to prise open one of my controllers with a dodgy part and install this component. From start to finish, less than 10 minutes and I now have a working headphone jack on my controller. Word of advice: You're going to have to make sure you have a screw kit that contains a t6 and t8 (these are the star shaped drivers). also recommend a plastic separating tool as the hand guards (which you have to remove to get at the screws) are tricky. I found it better to start on the bottom seam rather than the side ones to remove them.
