Really great value for its price.
This controller really surpassed my expectations for a product of its price range, the build quality is really great and the performance is as well, with the dongle it is recognized as a proper Xbox controller, so it's good for old games on Steam that are not compatible with generic or PlayStation controllers, I tried it with MGS V and it's recognized as a regular Xbox controller. It also has Bluetooth if you don't want to use it with the dongle on PC, but it's better suited for emulators on Android which work great. I also tried it on the Switch, it connects flawlessly as well and its recognized as a Pro controller, the downside is that the buttons have the Xbox layout so that can throw you off in some games especially retro Nintendo games as well, if you don't mind that, then it is a great inexpensive replacement for a Switch Pro controller. Overall, a great purchase and it also comes with a hardshell for travel and storage and the case can also hold inside the dongle so you won't lose it.

A controller that feels good both in your hands and on your wallet
I used to have a USB stick to connect my older XBox One controller, but it is no longer supported or broke, not sure. I started shopping around for a new connector, and I ran across the GameSir Nova Lite for just a few more dollars. I can barely tell the difference between the GameSir and my Microsoft brand controller. The buttons feel good, the joysticks are responsive and don't have any drift. I enjoy the xbox-style shape and it is very comfortable to hold for long gaming sessions. Connectivity is easy - I plugged in the USB stick, pressed the connection button on the USB connector and then the controller and it was ready to go. All that and a very reasonable price makes this an easy choice if you want a solid controller for PC gaming.

A simple computer gamer's favorite controller for the price
Took a minute to set up and now it's turn on and go. For anyone playing games like expedition 33 or once human, I use this primarily for those games and others like it. Comfortable, easy to charge, various ways to connect, and good bang for buck

Great controller as long a you use dongle.
I got this controller for my Windows 11 laptop. The controller itself is amazing for the money. Its very comfortable to use, the sticks are smooth and responsive, buttons are great and when connected via 2.4GHZ dongle, everything works perfectly right out of the box. Nothing is perfect however, and this is no exception. The Bluetooth simply does not work. It can connect to the PC and seems to work fine, you can even control Steam big picture, but any game you launch does not see a connected controller. There is word that rolling back firmware can fix this, but you can only do that on an android device which I don’t have. Using dongle or a Type-C cable, it works absolutely perfectly. My other issue is no battery indicator, I have absolutely no idea what my controller charge level is, you just have to guess. I only took off a single star despite my Bluetooth frustration because the controller really is just that good. Honestly, I prefer it to my $70 Microsoft XBox controller. If you don’t need Bluetooth, it’s basically perfect for $30.

Works great and well built
I've used it pretty heavily for about a year. It still works like new. I've never had a single issue with it. Using the dongle, it has worked perfectly on both Windows 10 and Linux (Bazzite) for me. I just plugged in the dongle and it was instantly recognized. I didn't test the bluetooth connection, so can't comment on that. Overall, very impressed. I bought a second one for my wife.

Flawless on Win 10 using the Dongle
I have several Xbox One controllers and on each of them one the bumpers has died. I tried blowing them out with compressed air, but they did not improve. I bought this GameSir Nova Lite as a replacement. It feels great in my hands, comes with a dongle, and a case that holds both. The case is cool, but the hinges are plastic and probably won't last as long as a hinge with pins would. Bluetooth on my PC can be spotty, but I have top facing USB ports I can reach easily, so I have not tried the Bluetooth connection and just use the dongle (I'm primarily a mouse and keyboard player, but some games like Space Marine 2, I prefer to use this controller). I probably have a couple dozen hours on this controller and I am very happy with it (your mileage may vary on other OS's and when using Bluetooth instead of the dongle).

so far this controller is amazing!
so far this controller is amazing! its way lighter than an x box controller and the grips on the analog sticks are way better than an x box controller as well. also have no problems connecting it to my pc its all automatic unlike my stupid x box controller that will sometimes become unpaired and i have to go into windows settings and select x box controller and reconnect it that way and sometimes it still wont work. this thing is GREAT! and super cheap as well. very happy with my purchase!

I recently picked up the GameSir Nova Lite, and it’s quickly become a favorite in my gaming setup. The standout feature is its Hall Effect sticks, which completely eliminate stick drift—a persistent issue with many controllers. Testing it on Gamepad Tester, it showed an impressive error rate of just 3%, compared to my Xbox controller’s 9%. Only downside is that it identifies as a PS4 controller on PC. The box comes with everything you need: the controller, a cover, and a dongle tucked inside the cover. Pairing is simple once you get the hang of it. For the wireless dongle, hold X + Home until the green light flashes. For Bluetooth on Windows, it’s B + Home until the blue light blinks, then connect to “Wireless Controller” in settings. On Android, use A + Home for the yellow flash. I did run into some pairing hiccups initially, but they were easy to troubleshoot. If the connection stalls, force pairing mode by holding the Screenshot button (just below Home) + Home until the light blinks faster—it resets the attempt and usually works. On Windows, deleting “Wireless Controller” from Bluetooth settings and reconnecting helped, as did uninstalling any flagged Bluetooth HID devices in Device Manager and rescanning for hardware changes. Once paired, it’s been flawless. Overall, the Nova Lite’s performance, drift-free sticks, and solid build make it a good choice for any gamer. A bit of patience with setup is worth it for the payoff.

I think it is a great deal for the price. I have been using it daily now with my PC and the provided USB dongle wirelessly. I like the weight and ergonomics.
