Go to Pilates quite often and find this band nice and strong .there is nothing worse than to have your band snapping during a session.Worth putting some talc on to stop it sticking.

Excellent Flex-Band
I use it for my workouts and it is excellent. The resistance is perfect and the band can be stretched to a full overhead height such as for over arm press. I use it for upper and lower body exercises.

Great for Cathe workouts!
I ordered this band about four months ago to use with my Cathe F. workouts. On average, I'd say I use it about 2-3 times a week, and so far it's been great! It has the perfect amount of resistance, and it is nice and long so that you can do all of Cathe's exercises with it. It also has held up perfectly, and hasn't lost any of its resistance so far. Great product!
