I recently bought the Scotch-Brite Flat Mop from Amazon and overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality. The mop itself is sturdy, easy to use, and the microfiber cloth cleans really well. The quality is genuinely awesome and feels premium compared to many other options in the market. The packaging was also perfect—well-packed with no damage to the box or the product inside, which I really appreciated. However, the one thing that disappointed me was that only one microfiber cloth was included. Even though the description clearly mentions that there is one refill, I still feel that for the price, there should be at least two microfiber cloths. The cost of this mop is much higher compared to other brands, and those cheaper options usually provide at least two microfiber pads in the box. If Scotch-Brite added one more cloth, it would make the product much more worth the price. Apart from that, the mop itself is excellent in quality and performance.

Very nice product, light weight and easy to use.As it has wash and dry compartments in the bucket it's easy to clean the mop.We can mop without bending and it reaches all corners due to the 360 degree rotation. After few uses when I removed the mop cloth to wash and placed it again,I am unable to put it in the bucket thru the lid.now I am manually bending to wet and dry the mop for cleaning. Requesting scotch brite to help solve the problem

The Mop does not enter inside the dry chamber. Worst product from renowned brand 3M. I thought 3M will make extraordinary products. The product is not sturdy while mopping. It rotates as per its wish and will. The refill is not entering inside the drying chamber. Dont buy this product. For this high price, this type of cheap quality product and functionality is annoying.
