I’ve bought four of these incubators because they’ve proven to be consistently reliable and simple to use. The capacity to hold 12 eggs is perfect for my hatching needs, and the performance has never let me down. Most impressively, the last batch I hatched were Serama eggs, one of the smallest and most fragile chicken breeds out there. This incubator managed a perfect 100% hatch and survivability rate, which truly speaks to its precise temperature and humidity control. Typically, I hatch larger chicken eggs as well, and they do just as well with this machine. This was my first time using an incubator and this one has be great so far! I’ve used it non stop for the pass two month hatching two different times! It is great for small batches of 12 eggs at a time It’s easy to use.

I run a chicken hatch program at our local elementary school each spring. I am always looking for reliable, well priced incubator. I bought one of these to test out and went back to get 3 more. I have run empty tests on each machine to make sure the temp stays consistent and humidity is stable. I really like these incubators. The size in nice. I have the Pro version which comes with a nifty gizmo to help regulate the amount of water that goes into the bottom well. It is nice to find an incubator that I don't have to babysit every day. I did notice the need to open the vent slightly to regulate the humidity but once it dialed in, it was consistent over the 3 day test I ran. I would call this a winner

Bought this because of all the good reviews. I wish I hadn't believed them though. It looked new and unused,when it arrived. Was not the easiest to set up.Instructions were scarce,and did not even follow in order.There is no troubleshooting or help number, or even a website to go to. Started incubating eggs in it 6 days ago.I followed the set up instructions thoroughly. It maintains temperature somewhat well, but the humidity cannot adjusted.I have had constant problems with humidity being too high.No matter what I do I cannot get it down within range.I removed the water bottle out of desperation,because it was just pouring the water in.Both bottles have same problem,and water is now leaking out from somewhere,,under the unit. I can't remove the eggs without interrupting incubation process.The eggs are viable from what I could tell.The egg candler does not work well at all. IM SO SORRY I BOUGHT THIS UNIT.THERE IS NO TECH. SUPPORT ANYWHERE. I don't know if my eggs will even hatch, and I'm really upset about this. Where do I go for help?

Hatched every egg we put in there. So far we have gotten 60 baby chicks! All healthy!

Size is decent to hold a dozen eggs. Doesn’t take too much space and is functional. Decent value for money spent since I am just a beginner. Directions were simple and easy to follow. I just wish instructions were more detailed. You cannot adjust humidity button but have to control water placed on sides so it was hard to keep consistent humidity which may be why chicks hatched prematurely.
