It has magnesium which relieves my muscle cramps
It tastes good. It has the 4 basic electrolytes my body needs. Many don’t have magnesium. I’m getting ready to order some more.

Drink mix has lots of vitamins minerals in it. Very good taste

Does the job of keeping me hydrated!
It was a great taste and worked very well keeping me hydrated but since the first batch the last two batches haven’t tasted as well. It still dissolves easily however. Not sure what happened with the formula..

Much Needed Fast Hydration
I found this product very effective. I am 70+ and I got dizzy and dehydrated at my daughter's house. My dauhter gave me Native Path Hydrate and it worked fast to give me strength and feel much better

Messy
I don't like the aftertaste of medicine. I don't like how the powder when you put it in a funnel in your water bottle, it creates this cloud and then it leaves a mess. I jave place a paper towel underneath the bottle and I have to put in a ziploc bag because even though I close the lid, some of it still seeps out.
