This is a great light. Our overhead light broke in the garage and this was an inexpensive and very helpful replacement. The socket is 4-5ft above ground and it works fine there, bright and with good motion control. I would recommend this product. It can be helpful for older people also.

I bought this as our hallway is so dark at night, and with our stairs being close to the bedroom door, it was a bit dicey getting up in the middle of the night! This light has sorted all issues as it comes on as soon as you are about 5 feet away from it, providing enough brightness to see where you are going. It’s also nice and slim, so it doesn’t stick out of the socket. It’s great!

Does what it says on the tin. Excellent nightlight and motion detection great for seeing where you are going if I need to get from bedroom to bathroom in the night. But as they are mains powered you do need to have plugs in the right places

This gives the perfect level of warm lighting for the night. I have mine plugged in at the top of my stairs so I can find the bathroom in the night without turning the big intrusive light on. It stays plugged in at the socket at all times and I’ve never had an issue with the sensitivity being too weak or strong. It’s pretty compact as a whole so is sturdy against bangs and also doesn’t look too much of an eye soar in the day. Well priced compared to alternatives out there.

Just moved house and the switches are far away. This is excellent to light up the small hall to get to main switch. Motion detection is excellent!

Great plug in light that gives off a good level of lighting. Perfect for nighttime bathroom trips. I plug it in to the landing and works perfectly.

Purchased two units. One worked fine and switched off automatically as it should. The other one stayed on indefinitely and I had to unplug it to turn off the light. Same result three times, so unit is faulty.
