BERTA Professional Hair Straightener and Hair Curler 2 in 1 Curl & Straight Hair Flat Iron, Purple

I love this curling iron/ straightner, I tried it out when I got it and it curl's really well. I didn't use the curling side I used the straightner part to curl and it works better than a curling iron. the curls are very nice. I showed my mom after I did half my hair and she said they look very beautiful. plan on buying this again for a friend of mine for her birthday because she don't have eather and with how hot it gets it will curl the most stubern hair and straighten hair and curl it at the same time.

I was really excited for this product, I'm a pretty low- maintenance kind of lady, I don't like to spend too much time on my hair (10-15minutes daily tops) so the idea of being able to switch between flat iron and curling iron was very exciting. This tool broke on only my third use. The last flat iron I had, I used for 7 years until the electric shorted out. With this Berta, I wasn't even doing anything crazy, just you know, using the hair tool. On the three uses prior to its untimely demise it wasn't the greatest, mainly because it wasn't easy to use, the flat iron function got hot enough, it just was difficult to squeeze over the hair and the plastic tip got extremely hot so it was uncomfortable to touch. I would have kept using it though, mainly because I'm kind of lazy about beauty supplies if it hadn't broken. UGH. Anyone know if I can get a refund or mail in the broken one for a new one? Amazon is not being helpful.

Only the curling part is convenient The flat iron part doesn’t work well Get what I paid for Does not recommend

This is a nice curling iron/ straightener. It is a beautiful purple color. I like the ability to adjust the temperature on it.

Didn't love this for a straightener, as it didn't allow you to grip the hair, it ran along the TOP of the hair. Although it got hot. I have long hair, and worked great at the roots. but the middle and ends - it didn't work so well. I have not use the curling yet, and probably won't use it for that, as it doesn't grip the hair.

This works great at both temeratures & is easy to switch from curler to flat iron. Used it on 4 ladies at a wedding & they all looked great!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I was so excited about this, even paid for express shipping. It literally broke as soon as I took it out of the box. Cheaply made. Won’t buy from them again, learned my lesson that you get what you pay for...

Now I can travel with two-in-one rather that a separate curling iron and straightening iron. Heats quickly and has a nice cover for storage.
