Shocking the true, SOME Riolink cameras do not have the 1/4-20 threaded insert on the bottom for mounting purposes. We are transitioning from Amcrest to Riolink so finding this little adapter was terrific. It does a good job to give you that 1/4-20 threaded insert. I did not need the rest of the mount, but it looks OK too.

I bought these to mount some E1 Pro's in our house so we can watch our cats while we're out of the house, primarily on vacation. They worked absoltely perfectly. The quality is fine. There's nothing special - they're still cheap plastic. But if you install it and you're not fidgeting with it daily? It'll last just fine.

These aren't the most robust mounts around, but they're entirely adequate for the intended purpose. Be particularly careful with the 1/4-20 machine screws used in the angle adjustment joint and base attachment plate. They mate with threaded plastic holes, not metal inserts. I've had no problem with them, but I've been deliberately gentle.
