We ordered this product. Plugged it in to use and used a few times. We then got an error code and it stopped working. We tried everything to reach Wantjoin with no success. We did find trouble shooting options in which we tried everything. Nothing worked. We looked up contact information online for Wantjoin and they have only an email and a phone number to contact them and neither have worked. We paid over $400 for a machine that doesn't work.

Looks good, so far I used around two hundreds, no problems at all. Sealed perfectly!

This sealing film is terrible. It doesn’t fit a standard machine. It skips two tops every time. Don’t waste your money on this. The sensors don’t work and the film keeps sticking to the heat plate instead of the cup.

The sealing machine is durable, efficient, and a real time-saver.

I just bought couple months ago and the machine stopped working suddenly without any indication and no help now
