I'm a light sleeper and struggle to stay asleep. These work well. They help me get off to sleep fairly quickly and assuming there are no events to awake me I can usually get a good few hours before waking. They feel like they are "natural" so although I don't take them every night, I also don't feel like they are any sort of serious, addictive drug...!

I take one as soon as I get into bed and helps to relax mer and sleep better

I find these helpful for getting back to sleep, although I do usually need about 3 at a time. They are expensive though.

These are a great little sleep aid.. they def help me have a better nights sleep

Ime sure thisomeone product would work for many people. Sadly it didn't for me. The tablets were difficult to remove from the packet, and very small so not easy to do.

I've been using these for quite awhile now, (2-3 yrs now), and these are my most goto sleep inducers out of my whole repertoire, including Melatonin. They give me the lightest, longest, genuine sleep you can imagine, with absolutely no after effects whatsoever. Highly, very highly recommend.
