Flexibility regarding power!
Great! The Poe power input gives so much flexibility! You Need to factor this in depending on use. I added a 60w power supply to em... Power it! Poe power to the switch with 4 G4 cameras and Poe doorbell ringer hanging off of it!

As with all Unifi hardware, it just works!
I needed a PoE passthrough capable switch, and Unifi never disappoints. It's a little larger than anticipated, likely for better heat dissipation, but not a problem given it comes with a wall mount. I plugged it into my Unifi PoE switch and it immediately sprung to life. The other devices then spring into action, and I got a notification on my phone saying there was a new device waiting for adoption. One click and a few seconds later and it was done! Painless, as always.

Works well with an aftermarket power supply.
I bought this and a 54.6V 4A power supply. Once you tell the switch it has a beefier power supply, it's able to power all my PoE devices. Would recommend.

pretty good network switch for a small home network
The device was really easy to setup It was essentially plug and play one downside is that it doesn't come with the AC power adapter which didn't know either you buy the Poe 54V injector or buy the DC power brick

Great Switch for 10” Rack, but needs a PSU and Management Server
Absolutely love this switch and how it fits my 10” rack like a glove! Major points to Ubiquiti as well for putting the uplink at the back - that way the front remains clean and accessible to what’s actually important. Do bare in mind that this DOES NOT COME WITH A POWER SUPPLY and you will either need to buy a POE++ adapter from Ubiquiti (my case - ~£30) or try to find a proper one online which isn’t easy. Another reason for taking a star off is that it doesn’t have a local management portal and requires a self hosted UniFi server through the UniFi OS app on PC or a cloud server which is super overpriced - some forums say that you can do this on the UniFi app, but I couldn’t do it on IOS for some reason. It will otherwise just be a general dumb switch. Other than that, it works perfectly for me.

No power supply ...
No power supply ... pretty useless! Now purchased 2 54V PSUs from Amazon, one of which says its compatible and both were too fat to fit the power socket!
