BEST electrolyte tablets I’ve tried! These are so yummy. Great fruit flavors, a bit tart but nothing too sour. They fizz a bit in your mouth as they dissolve, they’re like a candy. Love the containers, I have one in my purse, car, work and home. They definitely help when my blood pressure is too low or I’m feeling dizzy. I have HEDS and MCAS and my doctor said to push electrolytes and these help me when I just can’t get the fluids in.

This was a good value for a multipack/variety pack of salt tabs. I use them to ensure hydration on long runs and when racing in half and full marathons. They taste pretty good, give a nice little fizz feeling in your mouth, and are easy to pop a few during my runs to keep my electrolytes in check. I like the little containers they come in, helps them dry and i can just pop it in a pocket to carry. I would recommend and buy again.

(this is a transcript of my video review!) I wanted something to boost my energy. I’ve been using various of the dissolvable ones that you put in the drink. I didn't even know you could have chewable ones. Not being a connoisseur yet in this field. Now, these are kind of cool. There's a whole bunch of them in it, and it's nice and chewy, and you put it in your mouth, and you chew it, and bam, you're hydrated. If this had effects, then I would have edited in some sunbeams. It's nice, it's fizzy, it's kind of like one of those sweets or candies you may have had when you were younger, or still be eating. Does it really hydrate and really work? Don't know. I kind of felt more of a kick from the bigger dissolvable ones. But it's so nice to eat, and maybe it's doing something. So, I'm gonna put it at three, should I be generous, four. We'll give it four stars. I don't know, give it a go, see if it works for you. I'm a bit on the fence, but it tastes nice.

As a girl with Pots these are Little life saver! They are great to have on the road if you don't have water or in the mornings before you really get out of bed. They all taste good and are really easy to eat an use.

We've been regularly using Nuun tablets for years, but they keep raising prices and so we've been trying different products. THESE DO NOT REALLY DISSOLVE IN WATER; they are not an equivalent to Nuuns, like other comments have theorized. It just leaves a weird white film in your water bottle/whatever, and you'll barely taste anything, regardless of how many tablets you use. However, I still absolutely love these, and I use them more than I do Nuun *because* of this different delivery system. I do not like drinking water, and do not go out of my way unless I'm working out on the weekend. With these, I find myself popping a tab at least once a day, then just going about my day. The flavors are great, but whether or not you like these will be entirely based on how you like the dissolving texture. I enjoy feeling like I'm failed spy crunching on cyanide, my husband is not a fan. The flavors are distinct and not really chemically or artificial. If they dissolved in water properly (whether this product or another), my husband would like them and then we'd buy a lot more of them. And for those with gluten allergies, I am 100% GF, stupidly sensitive to same factory contamination, etc., I have been previously set off by vitamins, chapstick, yaddayaddayadda. Been using these for months now and they have never made me sick.

I think they taste great 👍 they are a little bit fizzy if you don't chew them, I like the fizzyness (fizziness?) however. The flavor is good. I got them to stave off my blood sodium being low. It seems to be working so far (I was a point above the low, but in the normal range.) overall very pleased with the purchase 🙂👍
