Defective keys and glitches.
This product is very disappointing. The keys do not work correctly. It's not typing the letters that you are pushing, keys stick instead.

Will not power on even after charging
Device wouldn’t power on. Charged for 2 hours and still wouldn’t turn on. Unfortunately, I’m outside of the return window.

Immediate flaws
Came with a piece stuck in the screen from assembly that I can't remove. I need to use it for work so I'm not returning it. Battery went down to 96 after being on for a very short period.

How I like it and how I don’t like it
It’s great but sometimes when you are in a game it takes you back to Home Screen and the mouse you can’t make the mouse go up but some games won’t work but I like how you can play some games on it and you can watch stuff and you can do whatever you want on it
