High wow factor grophe dies not disapoint!
Wow factor with this Grohe soap dish set on high. It is well designed solid and heavy. It is not some light weight hollow flimsy item. Features I love: the glass soap dish is removable so it can be cleaned, there is nylon between the metal and glass to prevent excessive wear and provided a solid grip for the dish. The chrome is bright and well plated. Things to be aware of: the soap dish is round and does not fully fit a large bar of bath soap. Grohe branded the fixture with their name in black on the front of the holder. I liked it enough that I purchased 3 more. One of them I removed the soap dish and use as a hair dryer holder. I highly recommend this soap dish as long as you are not using full sized soap bars.

Super easy to install, the perfect soap dish for my pedestal sink.

Looks great! Love it. Matches the other Grohe hardware well. The raised bottom keeps the soap from sticking to the glass. I use round soaps versus the typical rectangles, as it looks a little better visually. You can also use it as a candle holder too. If you plan on using as a candle holder, keep in mind the clearance you may need if you have a recessed mirror above it.

Needed to replace old chrome soap crusted up set, in the apartment I moved into. I don't use bar soaps, but, the old chrome set were just horrid to look at. These are superior to those. The glass dish can be taken off for cleaning. No more eroded chrome. Why anyone puts thin chrome accessories into bathrooms baffles me, they always rust, corrode. The base is stainless steel, so should not rust. The glass dish will not react to soap. Instant improvement.
