Pretty cool. I can use it on gates to my house and open them from the far side of the fence. They can be a bit fickle, but usually work really well. And the cards that come with them work quickly and efficiently. Much easier than using a key either with the app or the card. Worth it.

Purchased 11/9- It worked great but stopped working. The lights on the lock light up but it will not unlock with any of the codes we use. I have to use the key, which defeats the purpose of the code keypad, the reason I purchased it. It will not connect through the app. The face of the lock lights up. The battery has a charge.

First off this is a nice heavy metal lock. The app was very easy to navigate and set up, I added some screen shots of the app. It comes with 2 cards for quick open access, 2 keys to manually unlock incase of low battery, also has a charging cable. You can enter your code to unlock on the key pad or use any of the other methods. It is very responsive when using the app to unlock I did not notice any lag, I click unlock and immediately unlocks. You can share the account for example my husband and I can each have the app on our phones and be linked to the same device. I also appreciate since its a lock that it gives you a history of when and who has opened the lock. Ex: if someone entered it manually or used the app to unlock. I think this would be great if you have packages being delivered either you use this to for a gate or a package receiving box that you can give your delivery driver a code for, so no more stolen packages. Within the app it is very easy to change the code incase you want to add a temp code for deliveries. overall very pleased with this lock.

Heavy duty and easy to set up with clear instructions. Worked perfectly to lock my storage unit. I really like the fact it offers four different ways to unlock it - a key, Bluetooth using an iPhone or Android device, an RFID key fob (comes with 2), and a pass code.

This Smartlock exceeded my expectations. It is well designed and supports many ways to open it, including a temporary passcode that is generated from the companion App and is valid for 10 minutes. Battery life is excellent if the specifications are correct and if all else fails, there is a mechanical key. This is a very good product.

I was sick to death of using a key to lock our gate. Especially in the rain or snow storm. This lock is magnificent!! I have the little ‘fob’ and it’s brilliant! You can also program it with a code. So so so simple. Now I don’t have to run down and open the gate I can give the code but the gate is locked for security
