Works Great
Works perfectly every time! Love it! The only negative is because of the small diameter of the hose, things like power washing the deck don’t work as well as a larger hose, but mostly this thing is amazing!

Great Hose Reel!
This hose reel works great so far. Easy to install on a 6x6 post and the swivel is so convenient. Only one thing was a disappointment -- I bought this particular item because it said slow rewind. That is not exactly the case. If I extend it out very far, I have to run to keep up with the rewind. Maybe its because I am only 100 lbs and don't provide much resistance haha.

Cover is very thin!
I was looking for a winter cover, protection from freezing temperatures and snow. This cover is not what I was expecting. It’s very thin and lightweight.

1st time used the recoil system permanently stopped working. I did not reach the mark not to go beyond. It looked like it was a quality product. Oh well. It was working when I only extended half the stated length. I wasted a sizable chunk of money. I would not recommend this product.
