Not exactly "mini", but they ARE smaller (about half the size of average). They worked well for my single-portioned cups of Dirt Cake. They're very soft and fresh! I had to hustle to get them onto cakes before my family ate the whole bag. Overall - While I was hoping for minis, these definitely made up for it in flavor and freshness. And the size actually turned out to be better anyways, because they didn't get rock hard while cold/refrigerated. I wish they came with natural dyes instead of synthetic, but I'm not planning to make these a staple snack anyways.

If you're looking for mini gummy worms for a project where they actually have to be small, these won't really fit the bill. They're maybe a bit shorter than the average gummy worm, but that's about it. That being said, they are soft and fresh, and the flavor is fine.
