This is a great countertop ice maker! My freezer doesn’t keep up, but this does! We turn it off at night and only use it during the day. It’s not too loud and makes ice quickly!

We’ve had this ice maker for a week now. This is our first purchase of a countertop ice maker. It is smaller than I imagined, but that is a positive because we have so little counterspace. The performance is sufficient. It puts out ice very quickly, and I transfer it to a bucket in the freezer. It performs pretty quietly all you’ll hear, really, is the ice dumping and that’s not a big deal for us. It is so easy to use, just fill it up to the waterline, turn it on let it do its thing. It stops when the bucket is full or when it runs out of water. There is no beeping noise. It’s just a flashing light if full or out of water. The ice tastes perfectly fine to us. The ice comes out shaped like bullets :) I would recommend and I would buy again.

The ice machine was a life saver for my taco party. It produced ice all night long and we never ran out of ice. You do have to check the machine frequently to make sure the water reservoir is at capacity to make ice. The machine so far has functioned well and is easy to transport.

Works well but I hate that it doesn’t have a place to store the scoop.

We are ice crunchers; all 3 of us in our household. My Mother-In-Law loves ice and so do I, so we were purchasing a ton of bagged ice from the local convenient store. This can really add up! We have a refrigerator ice maker/dispenser but our town has super, hard water and the ice just doesn't taste good, so we've been buying bagged ice for quite awhile. Saw this little ice maker for sell and for the price, we thought it would actually pay for itself after a couple of days so we ordered it. We've had it since this past summer and it has been running basically non-stop ever since. We do use a filter pitcher for the water we put in the machine. I don't know the consistency of the ice just using straight tap water but the ice from the filter pitcher comes out as a "soft" ice, which we all really like. It is a small machine and has a small basket. It has an indicator light that tells when the basket is full and ready to be emptied. It makes the ice pretty fast so doesn't take long to fill the basket up. The ice is soft enough that we simply empty it into our refrigerator ice maker bucket and dispense out of the ice dispenser. It has a setting for self cleaning that works great and a small plug that can be pulled out on the bottom of the machine to drain the water after the cleaning cycle is finished. I simple take a light, soapy rag and wash out the water tank and then rinse it out with clear water and it's ready to "fire" up again for more ice. It has paid for itself over and over again. May have to invest in a larger ice maker down the road but this was a perfect machine to test out first. It is portable so if you want to take it with you in an RV, Cabin, Camping, Tailgate Party, it would actually be a nice addition to these activities too!

This product stopped working 4 days before one year warranty expired. Site instructions were to contact Amazon to reach manufacturer. Amazon provided zero customer service other than 1st claiming to have successfully filed a claim. Never heard from that. 2nd was your out of luck only 30day. Checked paperwork, contacted manufacturer 2 days shy of warranty ending. Literally told her I'm here until 5pm get it submitted or it's voided. I contacted you before warranty end date yet had to rush home from work to submit a video to person via text of all ways. Never spoke to a actual human. Told to clean it like I hadn't done so the week before. But did it. Only to be told submitted a claim. Next time by text 5 days later engine has more questions. As if the video didn't obviously provide details. Gave up! 70.00 wasted on this device. Zero service from Amazon and manufacture is a joke, as if I'm a complete idiot. I gave up my time and nerves at this point. DO NOT BUY. Shame on you Amazon and who ever is at the end of company texting me. What a cheap piece of crap..zero stars from Amazon to Manufacturing. Should take seller off your site for being a rip off. This has been the most terrible business transaction ever! Finally wrapped up albeit a year warranty only offered 50% not a replacement. Then have to open a Zelle account to get the 50% paid despite its dying within 10 months. Do not buy it's a piece of junk and literally offer no replacement despite having a 1 yr warranty. Shame on Amazon for having a seller of this kind in their business profiles.

Makes good ice

I loved this machine and I use it for when we have guests at home. Super easy to use and to clean, makes ice super fast, but the capacity to hold the ice is limited, so you need to keep scooping it (I don’t think this is bad, because as I mentioned we use it only when we have people over). I live in the tropics, so it’s super hot, so the first few rounds of ice tends to be small and melts easily, but once it’s been connected for a while (45 mins) the quality improves. Also, note that because the weather is hot it takes longer in between loads. It’s super easy to transport and it doesn’t take much space, storage wise.
