此処の商品以外は効き目がない、と思い購入。 整体に通う時間が勿体無いのでポールに乗る要領で背中コロコロしてます。 ガリガリだからか１〜２日の揉み返し筋肉痛あり。 揉み返しがあるということは自分には合ってないのかもしれないが、筋力ないとこういう事が起きるかもしれない。 ただ使用後はスッキリして体が軽くなります。（じゃあ効き目があるのでは） 星４でもいいが３にしておこうと思いました。
