B11 Flame Bulbs 2-Pack - Standard Medium Base (E26, Not Candelabra E12), 2 Mode Flickering LED 1800K, Non-Dimmable for Halloween/Christmas Porch & Home Decor

I can’t believe this off brand makes such excellent bulbs. I’ve bought a few flicker flame bulbs, and they’re either crazy orange, or the flame just looks super fake. These are still orangey, but are pretty much a firelight color. They’re more realistic in color and flame than any I’ve tried! Some bulbs only look good behind a screen or frosted glass, but the bulbs are exposed on my fixtures, so it’s really obvious if I use ones that aren’t great. I bought the GE bulbs, which are more expensive than these. The GE bulbs have more lumens, so they brighten an area better, but the flame effect was very obviously digital and ugly, and they were more orange than these. These look very natural and have a beautiful twinkling flicker that doesn’t look fake. These are actually a standard base, not a candelabra base. Unfortunately, you can’t use them for legit lighting, only for mood lighting. They’re just not bright enough. We installed recessed lighting throughout the house for when we really need bright lighting, then put up lantern fixtures with these bulbs to have a beautiful ambiance in the evenings. It’s just enough light to see around by. Perfect for my rustic moody log home. If they had more lumens, I would buy them for everything! But yeah, these are definitely the best I’ve tried so far. I hope they never quit making them!

Absolutely love these bulbs! Used for hall lights, scones, exterior post lanterns, antique lamps having the same warmth and look of old gas/oil lights. Because wattage is low also great to use as nightlights. Being a serious collector have Victorian lighting with frosted globes that make rooms come alive, get to enjoy the antique lighting and literally makes me smile walking through the house! Have purchased many bulbs over the years but color has always been off and the flicker isn’t realistic so these bulbs where an exciting find! Only thing I didn’t like is the price, but worth every penny!! Generally don’t leave reviews but bravo to the manufacture for developing a great needed product for the home design market. So go ahead, order, you won’t be disappointed. Ordering more now myself!

Beautiful flickering light that looks like a realistic flame! I bought another set from a big box hardware store and they were super orange. These are not. Buying another set for the garage!

My pack of two light bulbs arrived broken. They were packaged well in styrofoam, but the box was smashed in shipping so there was no hope for them. Amazon promptly refunded my money. I re-bought these in a 6 pack, though, because I needed 4 bulbs for my dining room, and they arrived all safe and sound with no issue. These fire lights are really cool! They definitely mimic a realistic flame effect. The only part of them that I don't like is the way that they strobe or flash off and on (please see video) for lack of a better description. That strobing can be difficult on your eyes and your brain. These flame bulbs would be perfect if they didn't do that. Otherwise, they're fantastic! I put them in my sconces, and they look so nice in the clear crackle glass globes! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Pros: 1) This is by far the most "compact" & realistic bulb currently on the market. The small compact size & clear glass make these bulbs have a more clean & realistic look than the bulky plastic flame bulbs you can get elsewhere. 2) Dual Modes: Turn the light switch off & back on real quick to switch from flickering to steady on. Cons: 1) Glass bulb. 2) Flickering effect could be improved: It would be cool to see a more "random" flicker effect. Suggestions for the manufacturer: 1) Make this into a shatterproof plastic... covering just the LED flickering module itself. 2) Add 1 purple/blue LED on the bottom of the LED chip to make it look even more like a gas flame. 3) A remote to adjust the flicker intensity from "steady", gental flicker, & rapid flicker) would be awesome. Especially if you have a bunch of these in a chandelier. (Sometimes I have a few of these bulbs that like to stay on the steady setting while others are flickering which can be annoying). 3) Could be a little brighter. 4) PLEASE make a candelabra-sized base version of these for chandeliers! Overall very pleased with these for the price. I will definitely consider getting more in the future especially if the price comes down to less than $4/bulb.

Works pretty well. I was trying to improve my "fireplace" which had a 2700k bulb in an orange glass lamp under some firewood. I thought it would be cool to add some real flame appearance. One of these bulbs was way too dim. Easily less than half the brightness of my tiny e12 7watt bulb I was trying to replace. I had to buy a bulb splitter to add another bulb for brightness. Happy side effect is it helped improve the live flame believability. Just 1 bulb really just looks like a slow strobe light. But with a second bulb the secondary flickering helps it look nicer. Overall, I'm pretty happy. Nice ambience. With 2 bulbs it's still pretty dim. I might get a 3-bulb splitter and try again. The photos and video are a bit brighter than what is looks like in person.

These are very pretty but they don’t throw off much light even with 9 bulbs in a candelabra. Great ambiance but not for a dining room table. I sadly returned.

These are amazing! They look super realistic. They are warm toned lighting (but not overly warm), dim, and the flickering is natural. I’ve been picky about flickering bulbs, but these met my expectation.
