Beginner to or just incompetent with conventional curling irons? This. This is it, babes. I have fine hair and unfine curling skills, and I can’t get it wrong with this thing. Very easy to use, and the wireless capability has been so so convenient. I’ve already used it in the car on the way to a wedding. As long as you are good with one curling size, you’ll be good with this. It does change direction and can be used when charging with the provided USB-C cord and wall adapter. The build quality is solid, it has a nice feel and weight to it.Two things I would recommend is providing a travel case, like the TYMO Porta Pro has. Also, something to steady it when laid on a counter would be nice - it’s round and rolls around a lot when put down in between curls.

I fell in love with this in the first use! It was amazing!! Then I used it a second time and it stopped spinning halfway through and won’t work. It still heats up, just won’t rotate. Broken and just past the return window. I tried contacting the company for a replacement but got no response.

I got this because I’ve never been good at curling my hair. I have thick hair and it takes me about an hour to curl it, but it always turns out great. I usually have to plug it in near the end. The battery doesn’t last that long, but it still works while it’s plugged in.

I initially had a negative experience with this product, as it broke after the first use and I had trouble reaching customer service. After posting my concern, the company reached out, addressed the issue, and provided a refund. I rarely use curling iron cause I mostly scald myself and a total beginner. With this it’s very easy and will avoid you burning yourself. A bit of a learning to do but once you get a hang of it, it’s so wonderful! Saved me a couple of times and with easy usb c cable to charge it with. The only flaw I guess is the charge gets drained too quickly(if you’re using it unplugged) but its kinda makes sense since its heating up. but it’s versatile as long as you have usb c to charge or while using it. Worth every penny!

I was very excited to get this curling iron. I followed the instructions and put it on it's charger. I re read the instructions about using it . The rotating barrel did not work. Went through the instructions again. Made sure the airplane mode was off. Did everything I was supposed to do. It just didn't work. I'm returning it and not asking for a replacement.

Bought this to use for my off the grid wedding, but omg I think I'm going to continue using it as my regular curling iron!! Battery life is decent, also love that it works when it's plugged in charging with the cable as well (for regular bathroom use)
