Also, 20g protein, and I think 6 net carbs (keto approved) and if u look at it like this, they can be a great way to get xtra protein and even if there $5 each..meat and chicken costs more..just a thought I wanted to share..

They are ok. You have to be careful not to overheat in the microwave. Purchased these as an alternative snack for my husband. Keep in mind that for the health conscious people they are not great. Did not come in a box, came in a plastic bag.

Purchased these as they're gluten free and I'm gluten intolerant. They taste great and have some protein. Pop these in the microwave for 5-10 seconds before eating. It's worth the wait.
