Great album
Pretty good best of album. They're missing a couple songs I feel should be in there but that's always subjective. Got it fr five dollars and worth every penny.

Best collection ever.
It is really the best! I love Blur songs (and Damon Albarn's voice) and this collection of songs has indeed the best.

Love Blur!
I love this CD. I love marching around my local park and humming Parklife. I get excited when I hear these songs, especially Song 2(Whoo who!!). Most people know Blur on the basis of that hit, which I still hear on a lot of American radio stations. If you're curious to know what else the band did, (which is actual a staggering amount of awesomeness), I would definately recommend this collection of songs to jumpstart an obsession or satisfy a curiosity. I'm of the personal oppinion that almost everything Damon Albarn, the lead singer touches turns to gold, and so it is with this collection. By the way, you probably know Albarn from Gorillaz, that punky, hip hop, rapping, occasional opera singing, mega hit in 2000 or so, cartoon band. If so, you may go on to pretend that 2D is singing you these nice little ballads. Though I personally prefer the Gorillaz, I do love listening to Blur occasionally. Highlites of this album for me are End of the Century. Who doesn't love a song that starts out, "She says there's ants in the carpet, dirty little munsters!" -Plaster a big, idiot smile over my face here.- Also, Girls and Boys. The song just makes me want to jump up and down, and scream it out at the top of my lungs. This Is A Low is a downer for me. Well, just look at the title, you're probably already feeling down in the dirty dumps, aren't you? There's something so mesmerizing about it though. "This is a low, but it won't hurt you. When you're alone, it will be there with you." -Shivers-. Depressing, but not in a blubbering, back of the bar on a Saturday night way, not for me anyway. For me, a kind of soul sucking vacumm of a song, where you look up and the sun seems to be shining less brightly. Makes you feel numb. Oh, and No Distance Left to Run, right, now that is a depressing song. You might want to hole yourself up in the aforementioned bar while listening to this one. It's almost too much to handle. So, obviously I like this album very much, from the rowdy song 2 that makes me want to jump up and down to the sadness of No Distance Left to Run. Something here for everyone, I think. I would highly recommend purchasing this album, perhaps even before purchasing any other Blur material. It will give you a wide spectrum of what Blur is about and their most popular hits. Long live Blur!

Not as good as Oasis
The Best of Blur – For when you’re feeling 90s nostalgic but just can’t take the way Liam says "shyiiiiiine." Blur’s greatest hits are like a Britpop sampler platter: quirky, clever, and unlikely to throw a tambourine at your head. From the football chant chaos of Song 2 to Tender (aka Damon’s “feelings” era), it’s all here—without the sibling cage match energy of Oasis. Perfect if you miss the 90s but your soul is more Dido than Don’t Look Back in Anger. Blur doesn’t want to fight you in a pub, they just want to talk about urban alienation and maybe pet your dog. Still, let’s be honest: Blur were the cool art kids… …Oasis were the ones who made the whole school believe in rock 'n’ roll again!
