Have yet to use in anger, but the quality does look decent build-wise. The 'stonylab' gear is new to me, but comparing it to the usual outlets for this type of equipment, their reference electrode here is certainly competitive price-wise. On a quality/value-for-money basis.... 5-Stars (unless proven otherwise after giving it a run-out).

This was used in a local secondary school to test it for me and the results were pretty good. I was there at the time and the students showed me the results, it took a while to explain how it worked to me as it is not for the everyday person. Thy said it worked well. This electrode arrives very well packaged. It's working well so far and has remained very stable in my setup. I've been dabbling in some electrochemical projects lately and an electrode like this is useful when dealing with solutions that contain a lot of chlorides. Setting it up for use is a bit involved, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Overall I like it and I'm glad I picked it up.

I wasn't really sure what I was ordering when I saw this, I just knew it was an electrode of some type for electrochemical experiments. I really only do electroplating, so I'm not sure if I can utilize this or not. Overall, it seems to be well made and comes packaged safely. I have a few other pieces of stonylab equipment and they all work fantastically. I have no doubt that once I figure out something to do with this electrode, it will work well. For the price, you can't beat it either if you actually need one for something.
