Good Quality and Great product
This tap is really good and very easy to use. Pull down feature really helps you to conveniently use. The water flows way better than the old tap. It looks amazing on our sink. The spray function is powerful enough to rinse debris into the drain.

Very helpful for my back pain
I’m very impressed with the dual flow spout feature, It is very convenient, allowing to switch between a steady stream for filling pots and a spray function for rinsing vegetables. The flexible spout can be adjusted to any position, Which helped me in reduced my back pain because now I don’t have to lean forward on the kitchen sink to wash the dishes. Definitely worth the money.

Material is made of plastic and not stainless steel as advertised in Amazon.
The material advertised is stainless steel, but what I got was plastic material. Disappointed about incorrect advert. No installation details or booklet provided. This is made in China and looks flimsy. Not sure about the quality as I'm yet to install the same. As per Amazon, it cannot be returned as it is replacement warranty

Flow pressure is not enough.
Really disapponted with flow, as water tank is on 1st floor and tap using at ground floor. Need some solution on this
