Great stuff! Would recommend to anyone needing a calcium & magnesium supplement. Dolomite contains the perfect ratio nature intended you to use (calcium to magnesium). No taste. Just rapidly sir a tsp in liquid(water, milk, etc) & swallow. It is gritty,but that's normal. So I'd recommend just stir fast, drink faster:) Again NO BAD, OR ANY FLAVOR, so easy to drink. Only "not perfect" part is gritty texture. A fair trade off for an excellent product & yes, I'd recommend to anyone!

Been using this for literal decades. Many, many, MANY uses. All you have to do to figure out if you might be able to use this is to do an online search for "symptoms of mineral deficiencies" or "symptoms of vitamin deficiencies" to start your learning journey. Knowledge is everything! This product has both calcium and magnesium. They work BETTER together, meaning "synergistic" - one catalyzes the other, helps it work better when it is together. Kal is a reputable brand and it's inexpensive to boot. One pound for about $5. Look up, "magnesium deficiencies symptoms" to get an idea whether or not this would be of value to you. Remember, they work better in conjunction so if magnesium is needed, you can get this and stir it in your yogurt in the morning or in your juice and take it that way. Tastes like chalk, if any taste at all. It's powdered and not a pill. Do your research. Highly, highly recommend you look up "magnesium deficiency symptoms" and go from there. We're not allowed to say more nowadays......(wink, wink) but if you can get your hands on an *OLD (*before 1976* Prevention hard-bound book on "Natural Healing", get it). God bless everyone.

i purchased this product not for human consumption, but for use with my dairy goat herd. I have seen the results in just a very short time. Hoof problems are starting to disappear and I haven't had a single doe experience any problems kidding and no white muscle disease in my kids. Next time, I will purchase a case of it.

Calcium, and magnesium essential for your diet, especially when you’re older. The only downside it’s hard to dissolve in juice or water and when you drink it, it has kind of a feeling of very fine sand. The container leaves a residue of powder and a little difficult to clean, but these downsides I still recommend it
