Owned a SYNC 20+… absolutely love it. hence buying one SYNC 40+ for the office… but this unit is terrible. not working properly. Once i connect this SYNC40 to my laptop… everything slows down.. and camera will stop working. Updated the firmware, still the same. it’s terrible.

Just received the speaker phone but found it damaged. Letter "y" is missing! on the grill. Tried to return but realize it is not eligible to be returned...
