How do you clean the liner ? Or do you throw the liner out?

The tarp liners are reusable and last up to 3 months, depending on how many cats use the litter box, how much litter is used, and how ferociously they scratch. The liners and box can be washed as needed with low fragrance soap and water. We recommend replacing the reusable liner when there are signs of fraying, tearing or excessive odor.

How many inches of litter do you put in this litter box?

I pour in 20 pounds of liter every 2 months. I clean it out on Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday. I have one cat. 20 pounds of litter fills the box approximately 1/4 full. I also use the liners. I purchased 3 of them when I got the box some years ago... about 5 years ago, I guess. I rotate the liners and wash them and reuse them. So, far they are all still good but just now showing a little sign of wear and tear. I hope this information helps. Both I and my cat love this litter box.

Gute Qualität, langlebig - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Ich habe die Modkat Toilette mittlerweile seit vielen Jahren und bin nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Die Beutel halten unwahrscheinlich lange. Beim Wechsel des Katzenstreus hab ich das Innere mit Wasser ordentliche ausgespült, damit die Katze nicht von Duftstoffen in Reinigungsmitteln vom Toilettengang abgehalten wird. Das hat auch vollkommen genügt. Ich hatte immer zwei Wechsel im Einsatz,damit ich einen ordentlich sauber machen und trocknen kann,während der andere im Einsatz ist. Nach über fünf Jahren kamen jetzt die ersten Löcher,sodass ich Ersatz bestellt habe. Diese Langlebigkeit hätte ich niemals vorher erwartet. Einfach top!

We love the Modkat litter box - it's discreet and effective - and these liners appear to be indestructible, despite the cat's best efforts to pull the sides down. Switched from a normal litter tray and Catsan Smartpack litter liners because my new cat kept shredding the blue lining paper. She can't do it with these liners and they last for months. Very happy.
