The product overall is very good. You did a good job with it. It feels sturdy, and the quality of the connectors is more than satisfactory (not excellent, but definitely more than good). Structurally, the case’s fit and finish are impressive for the price, and the HDD/SSD fitment is precise, no loose mounting at all. It’s also very easy to use since you don’t need any tools to open or close the case. The only concern is that the top sliding door bends slightly in the middle, which could be improved. I also think adding some soft material, like rubber, foam, or sponge around the HDD corners and sides would be beneficial for impact protection. Functionally, it’s excellent. I can consistently get up to 5Gbps speeds on SSDs without any drop, even during single large file transfers over 20GB. No heating issues at all. Another plus is the USB-C port, which makes it versatile and removes the worry of forgetting the cable. The included carry case is also a great addition and feels high-quality. Overall, you did a good job. It fully meets its functional requirements. The only improvements needed are on the physical/design side.

The Pi Box enclosure is surprisingly well built with a nice texture, and the carry case alone feels like it is worth at least ₹250. I have bought a smaller IEM case for ₹150 from Audiocular before, so this feels like a great bonus. The included USB 3.0 cable is high quality, easily worth at least ₹200 on its own, and it even comes with a velcro organiser. Performance is great, giving around 80 MB/s with USB 3.0 on HDD and 25 to 30 MB/s on USB 2.0 when tested with my phone. It supports SATA HDDs, which is a big plus. I personally use it with an old laptop HDD to store my large collection of hi-res FLAC songs, where each file is between 30 and 80 MB, along with movies and other media. If you have extra budget, pairing this with an SSD would be even better. The Type-C port is very convenient, and you can use your phone’s C-to-C cable with it. The free phone stand they include is also a nice touch. It is not a premium build, but for the price, it is a decent and good quality product. The only downside is the front logo and text, which look a bit cheap, and I will probably cover them with stickers. Overall, this is a great buy and totally worth the money.

I got 2, a blue and a red one for my 1TB MX500 drives, and both work spectacularly well. I think the colours look a bit too saturated, and the light is a bit too bright and distracting, whether the drive is being used or not. The plastic also feels a cheap and 3D printed. But, both of mine have been working reliably for over a year, no dropouts, no loose connections, no detection issues at all, which is more than what can be said about official Seagate enclosures I've used in the past. These even come with good quality cables, and a delightful adjustable stand to prop your phone up. As for the enclosure itself, I regularly get about 300-350MBps and I haven't had issues transferring over 300-400 gigs at a time. It just works, even over USB 2, with every cable that can transfer data, be it USB A or C. Good price too! Highly recommended.

Enclosure feels a bit flimsy like 3D printed plastic. Case is fine though the zipper could be better. Everything else is good and does the job well. Should be fine long term as long as you don't drop it accidentally.
