Multipoint connectivity is great, works well with Teams, RingCentral, iOS, Windows. Can take calls on computer while listening to music from my phone, the music will stop and I can answer my call. Music resumes after the call ends. Worth the price, but works best for work calls when dongle is direct-connected to your device.

Expensive yes, but so was trying other brands for a year before coming back to Jabra

At first I liked the product as I am frequently on the phone for work. However I have given this product an honest try, and it doesn't seem to be very compatible with my body. They consistently fall out of my ears (even with trying all of the various size adjustments the product comes with, and for some reason I get a headache after extended use. Another thing that happened is for some reason my ears ooze ear wax at a rapid pace if I use this product too frequently. I never had this issue before, so I abstained from using this product for a period of time(two weeks) and my ears went back to normal, no headaches etc, I then tried to give them a try again, and the same problems occurred. It is unfortunate as the Jabra brand is typically associated with being the best quality etc. These are also rather expensive product and they don't seem to be very compatible with my body. Noise cancelation is not very good. Overall very disappointed in this product and the Jabra brand.

These earbuds go to “sleep” after a few seconds of silence from your device, and I’m not exaggerating when I say “a few seconds”. I’m assuming this for reducing battery consumption. Upon waking up from the sleep, there is a delay of up to 2 seconds before you hear any sound from the earbuds. This is extremely frustrating if you are watching a video and pause it for a couple seconds, because unpausing the video will leave you wondering what was just said in the last couple seconds. This “feature” also makes using voice chat (in Discord for example) extremely frustrating. If there are a few moments of silence and suddenly a quick word or two was spoken, you WILL NOT hear what was said due to the delay or it will be cut off. Even worse…after researching how to fix this issue I found nothing other than the horrible reality that this happens on every wireless Jabra product. What in the world are they thinking? No other wireless earbuds I’ve used have done anything like this. Basically, these things are unusable due to this “feature”, which is sad because they’re otherwise great when sound is actively playing. This could be fixed for sure with a firmware update but has been an issue for YEARS with Jabra products according to my internet research. My advice? Find a different earbud from a different brand until this is fixed.

I have been a Jabra user for over 5 years, solely on their Evolve and Evolve2 lines. When my Evolve 75e finally died, I looked at the Evolve2 Buds (I already own the Evolve2 85) because I wanted something portable and easy to carry around. I had high hopes for the E2Buds, but after numerous complaints on calls that my voice couldn’t be heard and that there was too much background noise, I started doing more research and found the consumer grade version Elite 10. The Elite 10s are an upgrade over the E2Buds and should frankly just replace them. On call and recording tests, they outperformed on voice clarity and noise suppression while the E2Buds were frankly garbage. One should already expect degraded noise suppression on buds as they lack a boom arm and are too small to fit all the tech needed, but the E2Buds were so far away from being what I’d expect from Jabra. The Elite 10s do a good job of blocking out 90% of regular background noise such as conversations and ambient noise. The E2Buds which market themselves as professional grade absolutely do not. If you’re look at these because you thought they were Jabra’s best earbuds, look at the Elite 10s instead. It also appears they’re supporting the Elite 10s more because the E2Buds are still on firmware 1.something but the Elite 10s are on 3.something as of the date of this review.
