Works well and is reasonably well priced for the length and quality

This 2-metre, 2-core, figure of 8 UK power cord, is listed as a replacement for JBL and Encore party box speakers. It’s a decent enough quality, with a good cable restraint on the 2-pin female end, and the UK plug is fitted with a BS1362 3A fuse, but the cable restraint has very little flexibility. Overall, there’s nothing really wrong with this power cord, apart from the price… at £10.99 (April 2025), in my opinion, it’s too expensive for what is, after all, just a generic 2-core power cord. There are plenty available for half the price, so my advice would be to look for cheaper alternatives.

I bought this power cable because the title says it works for JBL PartyBox 710, it didn’t work at all when it arrived so I had to purchase another lead from another supplier on here. The plug and lead was also a let down as it was both slim and not good quality.
