Countersigned drill bit is very good

The countersink part is excellent
The countersink borers are sharp and produce very clean results. Each bit came in its own little plastic box containing a hex key for the collar screw, and an extra collar screw. Many of the drill bits provided were slightly bent. I just use my own drill bits.

6 pieces missing out of a 11 piece set
I was supposed to get (1) 5 drill bits of different sizes, (2) 5 pilot drill bits of those sizes (3) a versatile 10mm hole opener. Of these only received first part i.e. 5 drill bits of various sizes. The packet for these bits was zip locked yet cut open inside the main sealed package. Kindly resend the missing parts
