Also i was very surprised to see how thin it actually is. Lockman is making some terrific bibles now. I have many bibles and the one thing that seems to always be an issue is the text color consistency with some text very dark and some too light. This one is consistent **all the way through**. I've looked for the perfect reference bible for some time. I've finally found it! :) :) :)

If you want a good quality bible for not alot of money with great consistent text and no 'text goes in the gutter' issue with a supple beautiful binding, and with loads of cross references (95,000)!!! and ALL of the original translators notes and perfect font size in a not too big form factor then this is your bible!
