This is a great reusable cup - looks exactly as it is in the picture, the glass design means it looks very nice and sleek, and it's simple to put together and easy to clean. It also keeps drinks warm for a good amount of time. I was also SO impressed by the customer service provided by Ecoliving! 7 months after purchasing, I contacted them to ask if it's possible to get replacements for the silicone base and holding sleeve (I'd lost them at work after washing them up). They responded so quickly and arranged to send me replacements free of charge, which arrived in that same week. Very pleased! (The only thing I would warn about with this product is that the lid is pushed on. It's a snug fit so doesn't easily fall off or anything and would stop it from spilling if you knocked it over, but it isn't the same as metal flasks with screw on lids. This means it's unsuitable for putting in your bag if it has a drink in it as it could come off if it was knocked around. This has been fine for me as I haven't needed to do that, but something to be aware of.)

I bought this to be friendlier to the environment and always get compliments from baristas. It’s very easy to grip and walk with (and the lid doesn’t leak), just like any disposable coffee cup - the double walled-glass protects your hands from the heat, which is retained for a long time. I also like the luxury of drinking out of a real glass when I’m back at my desk. Unfortunately the glass did crack whilst in my bag but the customer service is really incredible and they sent me a replacement almost immediately - because it is glass, I’ll be keeping it on my desk from now on as it wasn’t robust enough to be carrying around in my purse everyday (understandable). However, I have no doubt that this product will retain its high quality over a long period of time.

Update 16th June 2025: The seller emailed me to offer a refund, and a separate email to offer a free glass lid to replace the plastic one. The glass lid is now included by default, replacing the previous plastic version. First It was suggested that I purchase a glass lid, then the offer of a free one. I accepted the refund, but had already purchased the lid (I received quite a few 'refund offer' emails so was a bit confused! The glass lid is a far superial drinking experience, although the cup is now not very leak proof which does make it harder to store in a backpack when on the go. The opening in the glass is not rounded off, so it feels a little sharper than is ideal. But overall, much better and hopefully a future version will improve this further. The only downside still is that the silicone base falls off very easily, I have now lost this. If it was tighter, or even permenantely stuck on this would be an improvement. Original review: Lid has broken after less than a year!

It's a nice size for a decent amount of coffee that'll last for a while. It's also quite effective in keeping your coffee/tea warm. Because the lid's rubber, it comes off easily and you'll never have a problem with it getting stuck or being screwed on too tight and it's also easy to wash! The only downside for me was that when you try to lock/seal the mouth piece, the flap needs some encouragement before it's set into place, but that just comes with the material being flexible. It does have a little hole on the lid that lets air out, so it's not entirely leak proof if you were to put it in your bag and it moved around so if you like doing that to your travel mugs, this might not be for you. Overall, it is a super stylish mug that does the job well and will also get lots of compliments!

Bought as a travel mug for my car, can't use it for such as the lid is poorly designed as all I can do is take one tiny little awkward sip at a time. And my tea tastes like silicon, because the liquid comes in contact with the lid seal. And the tiny little square hole to drink out of, have fun finding where that is. I've also removed the silicone grip as I don't like the smell on my fingers. I won't use this mug at home either as I already have double walled glass mugs, which have handles and no holes in the lids, so my tea will stay hotter than using this ecoBrew mug. I had to use the mug to find out I can't drink out of it, as it is out of the box, otherwise I would have returned it: it's not fit for the purpose I bought it for.

El vaso mantiene la temperatura un poco más que una taza de cerámica, no dura demasiado tiempo caliente el café, pero lo suficiente para tomarlo a gusto. Lo he usado en el microondas sin problemas, al sacarlo, el líquido está caliente y el exterior sólo tibio. La tapa también es de vidrio. Es una excelente opción para uso diario, considerando algunos estudios recientes donde se menciona que el acero inoxidable 18/8 (como el de Stanley y la mayoría de marcas) al usarse con sustancias ácidas, como el café, pueden liberar níquel. El vidrio, por otro lado es inerte. El vaso está un poco inclinado, no está totalmente vertical, de esperarse para un objeto fabricado artesanalmente, no afecta su funcionamiento y le da un toque "rústico".

Felt almost no heat when held this mug full of hot tea, and the warmth lasted a bit longer then in regular cup, feels amazing but the rubber thingies can get dirty pretty fast

Es un vaso muy útil el problema es que en el mío después de unos 2 meses de uso se le ha hecho una pequeña grieta bajo el protector de la base (venía una especie de burbuja desde el principio) y ahora el doble cristal está lleno de líquido que no se puede vaciar.
