Great value, peach mango tastes great like a v8, works well to increase energy and focus. Thought I’d have to do a scoop and a half to get a solid pump, but one scoop seemed fine; however, ill probably use 1.5 scoops going forward because that seems to be the clinical dosage for citrulline (6 grams) and beta alanine (3 grams). I like how it’s not 400 mg of caffeine like a lot of the pres out there. Ingredient profile is solid. I just add 5 grams of creatine and good to go in 15 minutes. This is a winner for the average person and doesn’t break the bank. I will note that I enjoy the beta tingles and this will give you those tingles but, for those who don’t like the sensation, they usually stop within 20 minutes. I recommend.

This is a great supplement and a staple of my workout. I’ve been using preworkout for 12 years on and off, but this takes the cake. There is a great balance of caffeine and beta alanine to get you going, supported also by B vitamins. There is no crashing after the workout and it’s easier on your vascular system as you are not burdening your body with 400+ mg of caffeine. There is no hiding ingredients with proprietary blends which I appreciate. They have great flavors, it is effective, and I would recommend this to anyone looking to get an edge on their workout routine.

This arrives fast and works well. I was actually looking for a cheaper alternative to Alani blue slush and the flavor of this is really good compared to other options. I usually find others too sweet and find this one to be just right. The value size is also a great option as I won't have to order it as frequently. It's easy to mix, works well and works fast, and a great cost effective alternative to name brands

Great solution for a budget. 60 servings for the price is a great buy. It has the right amount of kick for my EARLY before work workouts. It wakes me up and energizes my workouts. Pumping me up for those intense heavy lifting sessions I like so much or Driving me for an interval session of running or an endurance effort without that unwanted jittery feeling or heart racing discomfort without a massive energy crash after the effort. I’ve tried a lot of pre-workout supplements, and this one really stands out. The peach mango flavor is hands down the best-tasting pre-workout I’ve ever had with no artificial or overpowering aftertaste at all. It gives me clean, consistent energy with zero jitters or crash, which is hard to find. Performance-wise, it works just as well as other high-end, more expensive brands, making it an incredible value for the price.

I am very picky about how my pre-workout taste and this one is great! It’s very similar to Alani pre-workout as far as flavor and consistency. It blends well and dissolves easily. It provides a good amount of energy without causing stomach discomfort. Although I would not recommend using this more than once per day. For the price, it’s a great option.
